Archive or restore a creative asset

3 stepsUpdated 13 Oct 2026

Open the asset and press the archive icon. Archived assets move under the Archived chip, where the same icon restores them.

Steps

Tick a step’s number when it’s done. We’ll remember where you were.

  1. Open Creative Library and select the asset.

  2. At the bottom of the drawer, press the Archive icon, to the left of Re-scan.

  3. To restore it, choose the Archived chip, select the asset and press Restore from archive.

When it worked

The drawer closes and the asset moves under Archived, or back to its category when restored.

If something goes wrong

  • An “Archive failed” or “Restore failed” message appears.

Refresh the page and try again. If it keeps failing, email support with the message shown.

  • You want to delete the file.

Assets can’t be deleted. Archive them to keep them out of every view except Archived.

  • Your client can still see an archived asset.

Clients see their archived assets under Archived in their portal too.

How it works

Limits: What you can upload, and the library’s limits

Upload MP4 or MOV video up to 512 MB, and JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP images up to 25 MB. Each upload belongs to one client.

Files the Creative Library accepts
KindFormatsLargest file
VideoMP4, MOV512 MB
ImageJPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP25 MB
  • Pick a client before uploading. You can’t upload while the client menu says All clients, unless your agency has only one client.
  • You can tie an asset to one of the client’s media plans only while uploading. It can’t be changed afterwards.
  • You can drop or choose several files at once. They upload one after another, and an error stops the files after it.
  • Each view shows the newest 60 assets, with no further pages. Narrow it with the client menu, a category chip or search.
  • Assets can’t be deleted, renamed, retagged or downloaded in the library. Archive what you don’t need.

Explainer: Who sees the Creative Library

Agency Owners and Admins see every client’s library. Each client sees only their own, in their portal, while Creative Library is switched on for them.

  • Creative Library is switched on in every client’s portal by default. Switch it off for a client in Settings › Client Navigation.
  • Assets a client uploads carry a “client” badge.
  • A client contact with more than one client switches between them. The portal has no All clients option.
