Who can use it
Performance: anyone at your agency, for the clients in their Client Access. Custom Reports: Agency Owners and Admins. AI Reports, where your agency has it: anyone builds; Owners, Admins and Managers approve and send.

What it’s for

Reports has three parts. Performance is the same dashboard each client sees in their portal: spend, results and efficiency for any date range, with comparisons, filters, a PDF and spreadsheet downloads. AI Reports builds a monthly deck, document or one-pager from those same numbers for you to review and send. Custom Reports builds a single table from one of your connections, which you can share to a client’s portal.

Performance and AI Reports read the data Orbit syncs from your platforms once a day, for the ad accounts assigned to each client in Account Mapping. Performance ranges always end yesterday, so a part-finished day never skews a comparison. Each client’s reporting goal decides which metrics their report shows.

Clients see only the Performance view, AI reports you’ve approved, and custom reports you’ve shared with them. Creative Score, Sales and BI dashboards stay with your team.

AI Reports is only on for agencies where Orbit has switched it on; elsewhere its tab doesn’t appear. Custom Reports isn’t in the sidebar: Owners and Admins open it with View Reports in the Dashboard’s Quick Links.

Guides

Questions

  • Why don’t my numbers match Google Ads?

Orbit’s ranges end yesterday and never include today, data syncs once a day, rates are calculated from totals, and only accounts assigned to the client count. Compare the same dates, without today, with no filters on.

  • Does “Last 30 days” include today?

No. Every Performance range ends yesterday, by UTC date, so a part-finished day never skews the totals or comparisons.

  • Why is MTD showing last month?

On the 1st there’s no full day yet this month, so MTD shows the whole previous month, named after it. From the 2nd it runs from the 1st to yesterday.

  • Why is my report empty?

“No performance data yet” means nothing has synced for that range: check the client’s ad accounts are assigned in Account Mapping, or try a longer range. “No campaigns match these filters” means your filters exclude everything; press Clear filters.

  • Can my client see this report?

They see the Performance view in their portal. The Sales, Creative Score and BI dashboards tabs are agency only, and the strip above each view says which is which.

  • Do my date range and filters change what my client sees?

No. They change only your view. Your client’s portal always opens on the last 30 days with no filters.

  • Why does a cell show “—” instead of 0?

Nothing was measured, for example no video ran, or no leads or start trials are mapped. Hover the cell to see why.

  • Why is cost per lead different between goals?

On Lead gen, every conversion counts as a lead, so cost per lead is spend ÷ conversions. On Ecommerce + lead gen, CPL is spend ÷ only the leads your connection maps as leads.

  • Why is “Previous month” greyed out?

Your range is longer than a month, so a month-earlier comparison would overlap it. Pick a shorter range, or compare with Previous period or Previous year.

  • Why doesn’t the total CTR match the average of the rows?

Totals recalculate every rate from summed figures, such as total clicks ÷ total impressions, instead of averaging each row’s rate. Bigger campaigns count for more.

  • Why do I only see 200 campaigns?

The campaign table holds the top 200 campaigns by spend, and says so in its footer. Totals, channels and platforms still cover every campaign.

  • What’s in the Performance PDF?

A cover, “What happened this period”, a scorecard, trend and efficiency charts, “Channel and platform”, the top 18 campaigns by spend, and “How to read this report”.

  • Is the commentary in the PDF written by AI?

No. The Performance PDF’s commentary is written by fixed rules from the figures, not by AI.

  • Does “Delivery and pacing” in the PDF use my pacing budgets?

No. It counts the days with delivery and compares spend in the first and second halves of the range. It doesn’t read your budgets in Pacing.

  • Can I export the PDF on A4 paper?

There’s no A4 button; the PDF is US Letter. In the print tab’s address bar, add &paper=a4 to the end of the address and reload.

  • Why can’t I find Print / Save as PDF?

It’s hidden from the Export menu while the report is empty, timed out or failed to load. Fix the report first, for example with a shorter range.

  • What does the CSV or Excel download include?

The campaign table only, up to the top 200 campaigns by spend and narrowed by Search campaigns. Numbers are raw, so rates are decimals.

  • What does the amber “Last synced” chip mean?

The client’s newest sync is more than 36 hours old. Check their connections on your Dashboard’s Data sync card.

  • Why did last week’s numbers change?

Each daily sync refreshes the last 7 days, so when a platform adjusts recent days, Orbit picks up the change.

  • How do I change which metrics a client’s report shows?

Change their reporting goal on the client’s Reporting tab, under Portal report. Only an Owner or Admin can.

  • Why don’t I see a Sales tab?

It appears only for clients with store sales data in Orbit, such as Shopify or Amazon marketplace orders.

  • Why does the Sales tab say figures will restate?

When the range ended less than 90 days ago, refunds are still landing, so net sales read high and the return rate reads low until they do.

  • Why don’t I see BI dashboards?

The tab appears only when a Looker Studio or Tableau URL is set on the client’s Reporting tab.

  • Can my client see Creative Score?

No. Creative Score is for your team only and isn’t in the client’s portal.

  • Why did a creative’s score change when I changed the range?

Each creative is scored against the peers live in the range you pick, so a different range means different peers.

  • Why can’t I find a client in Performance?

Only active clients in your Client Access are listed. Ask an Owner or Admin to check your access in Team.

  • Which platforms feed the Performance report?

Connections marked Syncs to reports in Integrations, for the ad accounts assigned to the client in Account Mapping.

  • Why is one ad account missing from a client’s report?

It isn’t assigned to that client in Account Mapping, or it’s assigned to another client. An account belongs to one client, and only that client’s reports show it.

  • Why are my video views lower than in Google Ads?

Orbit leaves Performance Max’s auto-generated video out of video views, completions and video spend. Its other results still count.

  • What does “This date range is taking too long to load” mean?

There’s too much data in that range to load in time. Press Switch to 30d or Switch to 7d, or narrow it with the Platform and Channel filters.

  • Where is Custom Reports?

It isn’t in the sidebar or the Reports tabs. Owners and Admins open it with View Reports in the Quick Links card on the Dashboard.

  • Why can’t my Manager open Custom Reports?

Only Agency Owners and Admins can open Custom Reports. Managers and Specialists are sent back to the Dashboard.

  • Can I add charts or widgets to a custom report?

No. A custom report is a single table of the dimensions and metrics you choose. For charts, use the Performance report.

  • How do I share a custom report with a client?

Edit the report, tick the client under Client Visibility and press Update Report. It appears under Reports in their portal.

  • What does my client see in a shared custom report?

Its name and description, a “Built by your agency” badge, the results table, and CSV and Excel buttons, under Reports in their portal.

  • Could my client see other clients’ data in a custom report?

Yes, if the table holds other clients’ rows and the report is set to No filtering. Build it on a source with only their data, or set a Client Filter Column.

  • Why doesn’t my custom report match the Performance report?

A custom report queries the connection live, and its date presets include today. Performance reads Orbit’s daily synced data and ends yesterday.

  • Why does my custom report stop at 500 rows?

Each run returns up to 500 rows. Add filters or fewer dimensions to narrow it.

  • Why can’t I set a date range in the report builder?

The date range controls unlock once you choose a Date Column under Date Range.

  • Does “Last 30 Days” in a custom report include today?

Yes. Custom report presets include today, and are worked out again each time the report runs. Performance ranges don’t include today.

  • Why can’t I pick other Facebook tables?

For Facebook, Custom Reports supports only the AdInsights, Campaigns, AdSets and Ads tables. Orbit’s message for any other table says to contact support to request access.

  • Can I delete a custom report?

No. Custom Reports has no delete button. To stop a client seeing one, untick them under Client Visibility and press Update Report.

  • Can I see the query behind a custom report?

Yes. Press Run Preview in the builder, then open View Generated SQL.

  • Why don’t I see AI Reports?

AI Reports is only on for agencies where Orbit has switched it on. Where it’s off, the AI Reports tab doesn’t appear under Reports.

  • Who can approve and send an AI report?

Agency Owners, Admins and Managers. Anyone at your agency can build one.

  • Can a Specialist send a report to a client?

No. A Specialist presses Request approval, which notifies the Owners, Admins and Managers who can see that client. Nothing reaches the client until one of them approves it.

  • Can I delete an AI report?

No. You can Discard it, which hides it from the list, but it stays in the run history. Sent reports can’t be discarded.

  • What does my client receive when I send an AI report?

The file in their portal under Documents, which also shows in Recent documents on their Dashboard. If you tick Email, each contact you pick gets a link to it, with no attachment.

  • Does my client need a portal login to open the report?

Yes. The email links to the copy in their portal, so they need a portal login. Invite them from the client’s Contacts tab.

  • Can I email a report without putting it in the portal?

No. The email links to the portal copy, so Client portal stays ticked while Email is on. You can send to the portal alone.

  • Who gets the report email?

Only the client contacts you pick when you send it, and only contacts with an email address. Each gets their own email.

  • Can I unsend an AI report?

No. Once approved, it stays in the client’s portal; the send window warns “This can't be unsent.”

  • Can my client see an AI report before it’s approved?

No. A report stays internal until an Owner, Admin or Manager approves it.

  • What happens if some report emails don’t go out?

The report still reaches their portal. Orbit shows “Some emails were not delivered” and lists each address that failed.

  • What is my AI report compared with?

The same number of days immediately before your window. October 1–31 is compared with August 31–September 30, and the builder shows it next to Compared with.

  • Where do the numbers in an AI report come from?

From the client’s Performance data, the same data their portal reads. Context for this report changes the wording, never the figures.

  • How long does an AI report take to build?

Orbit says builds take 2–6 minutes. You get a notification when it’s ready.

  • Can I tell the AI what happened this month?

Yes. Add it in Context for this report, up to 2,000 characters: budget moves, paused channels, a promo window. It shapes the narrative only.

  • Where do I set up the template for the monthly deck?

An Owner or Admin sets it up in Settings › Branding › Report templates, or for one client on their Brand tab.

  • Why isn’t the monthly deck in my report types?

Your agency has no report template yet, and only Owners and Admins can set one up. Ask one of them to set it up or use Orbit’s layout.

  • What does “Not reviewed” mean on an AI report?

Orbit’s automated reviewer didn’t run on that build. That isn’t the same as passing, so check the pages yourself before sending.

  • Why does a report say it produced no page previews?

The build finished without page images. Press Download to open the file and check it yourself.

  • Who can cancel an AI report build?

Only the person who started it, from the menu while it’s building.

How it works

Explainer: What your client sees, and what stays with your team

Your client sees the Performance view in their portal, AI reports you’ve approved, and custom reports you’ve shared. Creative Score, Sales, BI dashboards and Pacing are for your team only.

What reaches the client
WhatClient sees it?Where
Performance viewYesTheir portal’s Dashboard, opening on the last 30 days with no filters
Sales, Creative Score, BI dashboardsNoAgency only
AI reportsOnce approved and sentDocuments, and Recent documents on their Dashboard
Custom reportsIf you share themReports
PacingNoNo portal page
Your range, filters and comparisonNoThey change only your view
  • The strip above each view says which it is: “This is the report {client} sees in their portal.” or “Agency only.”
  • The client’s reporting goal decides which metrics their Performance view shows.
  • A portal page shows only while it’s switched on for that client in Settings › Client Navigation: Documents for AI reports, Reports for custom reports.

Explainer: Reporting goal: which metrics a report shows

Each client has a reporting goal. It sets the headline tiles, the strip of smaller metrics and the campaign table columns in their Performance report, for your team and in their portal. A client with no goal set shows Ecommerce.

What each goal shows
GoalHeadline tilesAlso in the strip
EcommerceSpend, Revenue, ROAS, PurchasesCPM, CPA, CPP
Lead genLeads, Cost per lead, Spend, CPMLead rate, CPA, Revenue
Ecommerce + lead genSpend, Revenue, ROAS, Leads, PurchasesCPM, CPP, CPL
Ecommerce + start trialsSpend, Revenue, ROAS, Start Trials, PurchasesCPM, CPP, CPST
  • Every goal’s strip also shows Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPC, Video views, VCR (100%) and CPV.
  • Lead gen counts every conversion as a lead. Ecommerce + lead gen counts only the leads your connection maps as leads, separately from purchases.
  • Ecommerce + start trials reads start trials, which are a subset of purchases, so the two are never added together.
  • An Owner or Admin changes the goal on the client’s Reporting tab. The client sees the new metrics the next time they load their portal.

Explainer: How each Performance metric is calculated

Every rate is worked out from totals, such as total spend ÷ total clicks, never by averaging daily or per-campaign rates.

Metric formulas
MetricHow it’s calculated
CTRClicks ÷ impressions
CPCSpend ÷ clicks
CPMSpend ÷ impressions × 1,000
CPASpend ÷ conversions
CPPSpend ÷ purchases
CPLSpend ÷ mapped leads
CPSTSpend ÷ start trials
ROASRevenue ÷ spend, shown as “x”
VCR (100%)Completed video views ÷ video views
CPVSpend on rows that delivered video ÷ video views
  • On the Lead gen goal, Leads are conversions, Cost per lead is spend ÷ conversions, and Lead rate is conversions ÷ clicks.
  • Performance Max’s auto-generated video is left out of video views, completions and video spend. Its spend, clicks, conversions and revenue still count.
  • A cell shows “—” instead of 0 when nothing was measured, such as no video, or no mapped leads or start trials. Hover it for the reason.
  • Change figures are (this period − comparison) ÷ comparison. A comparison of 0 shows “n/a”, moves under 0.2% stay grey, and cost metrics turn red when they rise.
  • A Total row recalculates its rates from the summed totals, so its CTR won’t equal the average of the rows above it.

Explainer: Date ranges and comparisons in Performance

Every Performance range ends yesterday, by UTC date, and never includes today. The report opens on the last 30 days, compared with the 30 days before.

Range and Compare options
OptionWhat it covers
7d, 30d, 90dThe last 7, 30 or 90 full days, ending yesterday.
MTDThe 1st of this month to yesterday. On the 1st, the whole previous month, named after it.
Custom rangeAny start and end date, up to 365 days.
Previous periodThe default. The same number of days immediately before your range.
Previous monthThe same days a month earlier. Greyed out when your range is longer than a month.
Previous yearThe same days a year earlier.
Custom comparisonAny window that ends before your range starts, up to 730 days back.
  • A Custom range longer than 365 days keeps its most recent 365 days.
  • Switch Compare off to hide the change figures. With it on, the tiles say what they’re compared with, such as “vs the prior 30 days”.
  • YTD is offered on the Sales tab only.

Explainer: Why Orbit’s numbers can differ from the ad platform

Orbit and the ad platform can count the same campaign differently: Orbit’s ranges end yesterday, data arrives once a day, rates are blended from totals, and only accounts assigned to the client count.

  • Today is never included. Every range ends yesterday, and yesterday is a UTC date. Compare against the same dates in the platform, without today.
  • Data syncs once a day, and each sync refreshes the last 7 days, so recent days can still change when the platform adjusts them.
  • The Last synced chip shows the client’s newest sync. It turns amber when that sync is more than 36 hours old.
  • Rates such as CTR and CPA are calculated from summed totals, not averaged, so they can differ from an average you work out yourself.
  • Purchases, leads and conversions are the ones your connection maps for Orbit, not whichever conversion columns you’ve chosen in the platform’s own reports.
  • Performance Max’s auto-generated video is left out of video views, completions and video spend.
  • Only ad accounts assigned to the client in Account Mapping count. An unassigned account’s data appears in no report.
  • The Platform and Channel filters narrow every total, so clear them before comparing.

Limits: Performance report limits

The campaign table holds the top 200 campaigns by spend, a custom range covers up to 365 days, and the PDF prints the top 18 campaigns on US Letter paper.

  • The campaign table lists the top 200 campaigns by spend, 8 at a time until you press Show all. Totals, channels and platforms always cover every campaign.
  • A Custom range covers up to 365 days. A comparison window can go back up to 730 days.
  • Very large ranges can take too long to load. Try a shorter range, or narrow it with filters.
  • CSV and Excel hold the campaign table only, as raw numbers. Rates are decimals, so a CTR of 1.23% exports as 0.0123.
  • The PDF prints the top 18 campaigns by spend, on US Letter paper. It carries your range, filters and comparison, but not your sort, search or Show all.
  • The PDF isn’t offered while the report is empty, has timed out or failed to load.
  • Sales and Creative Score have no PDF. Creative Score has no comparison.

Explainer: Creative Score: how creatives are scored

Creative Score rates each creative from 0 to 100 against comparable creatives live in the same range, where 50 is the middle of its peers. It’s for your team only.

Creative Score tiers
TierScore
1. Elite80 and above
2. Strong65–79
3. On Par45–64
4. Underperforming30–44
5. WeakBelow 30
  • CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPM and VCR make up 85% of a score, weighted for the creative’s channel. Impression share is 5% and Momentum is 10%.
  • A peer group needs at least 5 creatives to score.
  • Momentum needs at least 14 active days and 1,000 impressions in each half of the range. On shorter ranges it’s left out of every score.
  • Creatives with no ad name aren’t scored. Most Google search ads have no name to compare on.
  • Each score has a confidence: Very High, High, Medium or Low.
  • Peers are whoever was live in the range you pick, so changing the range can change a score.

Explainer: How Custom Reports work

A custom report is one table of dimensions and metrics that Orbit runs live against one of your connections each time it’s opened. Agency Owners and Admins build them.

  • It queries the connection directly when it runs, not Orbit’s daily synced data, so its numbers won’t always match Performance.
  • There are no charts or widgets. The result is a single table you can download as CSV or Excel.
  • Each run returns up to 500 rows. Run Preview shows the first 25, and View Generated SQL shows the query.
  • Date presets such as Last 30 Days include today, and are worked out again every time the report runs.
  • The date range controls unlock once you choose a Date Column.
  • For Facebook, only the AdInsights, Campaigns, AdSets and Ads tables are available.
  • It isn’t in the sidebar. Open it with View Reports in your Dashboard’s Quick Links. Managers and Specialists can’t open it.

Prevention: Share a custom report without exposing other clients’ data

When a client opens a shared report, Orbit filters its rows by the Client Filter Column. With No filtering, they see every row the query returns, including other clients’ rows if the table holds them.

  • Build a client’s report on a connection, account or table that holds only that client’s data.
  • If the table mixes clients, set Client Filter Column. Orbit keeps only rows where that column holds the client’s ID in Orbit, so it works only on tables that store Orbit’s client IDs.
  • Check the Client Filter Column before you tick a client to share a report with.
  • Press Run Preview and check every row belongs to that client before you share.
  • Share each report only with the clients whose data it holds.

Explainer: What AI Reports builds, and from what

AI Reports builds three kinds of report from a client’s Performance numbers, compared with the period immediately before. The monthly deck always uses a report template; the others use a brand template or Orbit’s own layout.

Report types
Report typeFileLayout
Monthly performance deck.pptxThe client’s report template, or else your agency’s
Monthly performance report.docxA brand template marked Ready to use, or No template
Client one-pager.pptxA brand template marked Ready to use, or No template
  • Each report compares your window with the same number of days immediately before it. October 1–31 is compared with August 31–September 30, not September. The builder shows it next to Compared with.
  • Figures always come from the client’s Performance data. Context for this report shapes the wording only.
  • The deck uses the report template’s slides, colours and fonts. Brand templates uploaded on the Branding tab aren’t used for it.
  • With No template, Orbit lays the report out from your brand kit.
  • A template marked Needs setup can’t be used until it’s finished in Settings › Branding.
  • Report templates are set up by Owners and Admins in Settings › Branding › Report templates, or for one client on that client’s Brand tab.
  • With no report template, Owners and Admins can press Use Orbit’s layout or Upload your own deck in the builder. Managers and Specialists don’t see the monthly deck until one exists.

Explainer: AI report statuses and review badges

Each report in Recent reports shows where it is, from Queued to Sent to client, and what Orbit’s automated reviewer found in it.

Badges in Recent reports
BadgeWhat it means
Queued, BuildingWaiting to start, or running. Stages go from “Gathering figures” to “Reviewing slides”.
Ready for reviewBuilt, and internal only until someone approves it.
Awaiting approvalSomeone asked for approval. An Owner, Admin or Manager approves or declines it.
Sent to clientApproved and delivered. It can’t be unsent.

ReviewedThe reviewer found nothing to fix.
Reviewed · n fixedThe reviewer found issues and fixed them.
Reviewed · n openIssues are still open. Check them before sending.
Not reviewedThe reviewer didn’t run. That isn’t the same as passing.
ApprovedShown on reports that have been sent.
  • Filter the list with All clients, All types, and All, Needs review, Sent or Mine.
  • The list shows the 20 most recent reports.

Explainer: Who can build, send and remove AI reports

Anyone at your agency can build an AI report for the clients they can see. Only Owners, Admins and Managers can approve and send one; Specialists ask for approval instead.

AI Reports actions by System Role
ActionOwner and AdminManagerSpecialist
Build a reportYesYesYes
Approve & sendYesYesNo, asks for approval
Decline a requestYesYesOnly their own
Cancel a buildOnly their ownOnly their ownOnly their own
Discard a reportYes, until sentYes, until sentYes, until sent
Set up report templatesYesNoNo
  • There’s no delete for AI reports. Discard hides a report from the list; it stays in the run history.
  • Asking for approval notifies every Owner, Admin and Manager who can see that client, except the person asking.
  • Everyone sees only the clients in their Client Access.
  • AI Reports is only on for agencies where Orbit has switched it on.

Explainer: What your client receives from AI Reports

Approving puts the report in the client’s portal under Documents. You can also email their contacts a link to it. Nothing reaches the client before approval, and a sent report can’t be unsent.

  • Portal: the file appears under Documents in their portal, and in Recent documents on their Dashboard. Keep Documents switched on for that client in Client Navigation, or they can’t open it.
  • Email, if you tick it: one email per contact you pick, with the report’s title and period, your note, and an Open the report button. There’s no attachment.
  • The email links to the copy in their portal, so you can’t send it by email alone, and they need a portal login to open it.
  • Only the client’s contacts with an email address can be picked. Add or invite them on the client’s Contacts tab.
  • The default subject is the report type, client and period. The default note reads “Your {Month} report is ready. Happy to walk through it on our next call.” Edit both before sending.
  • If some emails fail, the portal copy is still delivered and Orbit lists each address that failed.
  • Whoever built the report is notified when it’s sent.

Explainer: When data is missing but nothing failed

A connection can be healthy and still send nothing to a client’s dashboard. Usually an account isn’t chosen, has no client, or comes from a platform that doesn’t sync to reports yet.

  • Needs accounts: the connection has no accounts chosen, so Orbit skips it. Press Finish setup → and choose them.
  • Needs clients: it syncs, but some accounts have no client, so their data reaches no dashboard, report or Data chat answer. Assign them in Account Mapping.
  • The platform doesn’t sync to reports yet. Only platforms marked Syncs to reports do.
  • The account was assigned recently, so only recent days have filled in. Earlier days follow as Orbit re-syncs them.
  • A teammate can’t see the client at all. Check their Client Access in Team.

Limits: How often Orbit syncs, and its limits

Orbit syncs every connection once a day on its own. There’s no Sync now button: the only way to sync sooner is Retry on a connection that failed.

  • Each daily sync refreshes the last 7 days, so changes the platform makes to recent days come through.
  • On Sundays, the sync refreshes the last 90 days instead. History older than that isn’t refreshed on its own; email support@orbit.group if you need it.
  • A connection’s first sync starts as soon as its accounts are saved with a client.
  • In the + Add Connection catalog, six platforms send data to reports: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify and Amazon Marketplace. They’re marked Syncs to reports.
  • Other catalog platforms, such as Microsoft Advertising, Snapchat Ads, X (Twitter) Ads and Google Ads Manager, can be connected but send no data to reports yet.
  • Retry shows on the Dashboard’s Data sync card next to a connection that failed. Anyone at your agency can press it.

Explainer: Client Access: which clients someone sees

Client Access sets which clients a teammate can see, along with those clients’ plans, reports, pacing and data. You set it per person once they’ve accepted their invite.

The three Client Access options
OptionWhat they see
All clientsEvery client at your agency.
All Paid Search clients, or their own specialtyEvery client with the service that matches their Specialty Role, including clients added later.
Assigned clients onlyOnly the clients you tick. Star one to mark them as that client’s lead.
  • Until you choose, a new teammate sees all clients. Set their access as soon as they show as ACTIVE.
  • Changing someone to Specialist switches them to Assigned clients only and opens the panel so you can tick their clients. Changing them to another role gives them all clients again.
  • Someone with no clients, such as Assigned clients only with none ticked, sees no client data, pacing or insights.

Explainer: What assigning an account does

Each ad account belongs to one client. That decides whose dashboards, reports, pacing and Data chat answers its data appears in.

  • Until an account has a client, its data syncs but appears nowhere: not in dashboards, reports or Data chat.
  • An account can belong to one client only.
  • Assigning an account starts a sync straight away. Earlier days catch up as Orbit re-syncs them, up to 90 days back.
  • When you choose accounts on a connection, Suggested means Orbit pre-filled a client because its name appears in the account’s name. Nothing is saved until you save.
  • Find Accounts adds accounts already chosen on a connection that are missing from this list. It doesn’t fetch new accounts from the platform: to add those, open the connection from Integrations.
  • Re-check account names from Google/Meta refreshes names for every connection whose accounts you pick from a list, not only Google and Meta. Google Analytics, Shopify and Amazon Marketplace aren’t included.
