Revoke a Trade Desk key or Claude connection

4 stepsUpdated 13 Oct 2026

Press Revoke beside the key or connection on The Trade Desk page. A key stops working within about 60 seconds; a Claude.ai connection stops straight away.

Steps

Tick a step’s number when it’s done. We’ll remember where you were.

  1. Open Integrations and choose The Trade Desk.

  2. For a Claude Code key, find it under MCP API Keys (Claude Code / advanced) and press Revoke.

  3. For a Claude.ai connection, find it under and press Revoke.

  4. Confirm. Orbit warns that whatever uses it will stop working.

When it worked

Orbit confirms “Key revoked” or “Connection revoked”.

If something goes wrong

  • You can see only your own Claude.ai connection.

Owners and Admins see and can revoke everyone’s connections. Everyone else sees only their own.

  • Someone needs Claude.ai access again.

They re-authorize from Claude.ai’s connector settings.

  • Command Center shows TTD-MCP key issued as failing after a key was revoked.

Create a new key under MCP API Keys (Claude Code / advanced). Command Center uses your agency’s newest active key.

How it works

Explainer: Two ways to connect Claude to The Trade Desk

Claude.ai connects through a custom connector that you approve with your Orbit login. Claude Code and other tools use an API key you create in Orbit.

  • Each API key is shown once, when you create it. If you lose it, revoke it and create another.
  • Keys last until they’re revoked. The table lists each one’s Prefix, Created date and when it was Last used.
  • The approval screen in Claude.ai says what Claude may do: “Read and modify TTD data”, or “Read TTD data (agency is in read-only mode)”.
  • Owners and Admins see and can revoke every Claude.ai connection at your agency. Everyone else sees only their own.
