If something goes wrong

Save the logo as a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG and drop it in again.
Orbit showsFile is too large. Maximum size is 2 MB.
Export a smaller file, under 2 MB, and drop it in again.
Orbit showsOnly Agency Owners and Admins can update branding.
Ask an Agency Owner or Admin to upload it.
You picked the wrong file.
Press Discard before saving, then choose another.
Your wide logo looks tiny in the sidebar.
The sidebar shows the logo on a small square, so a wide wordmark shrinks. Upload a square mark instead.
How it works
Limits: Your agency logo: limits and where it shows
One logo per agency: a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG up to 2 MB. It shows in your team’s sidebar, in every client’s portal sidebar and on printed report covers.
The sidebar shows your logo on a small white square beside your agency’s name, so a square mark reads better than a wide wordmark.
Uploading a new logo replaces the old one. Remove logo puts the Orbit mark back.
- Shows in your team’s sidebar, beside your agency’s name.
- Shows in every client’s portal sidebar, with your agency’s name. The portal footer reads “© {year} {your agency}”.
- Shows on the cover of printed reports.
- Doesn’t show on the sign-in pages, which stay Orbit-branded with “Powered by Orbit”.
- Doesn’t show in sign-in, password or invite emails, which carry the Orbit logo. Team invites name your agency in the subject.
- Browser tabs use your agency’s name, such as “Settings · {your agency}”.
- The brand kit’s colours don’t change the portal. It uses your logo and name only.
Explainer: Who can change each part of Settings
Everyone at your agency can open Settings. Owners, Admins and Managers choose what clients see; only Owners and Admins change branding.
Agency Owners, Admins and Managers can change Taxonomy. It has no view-only mode: anyone who can open it can edit it.
On Branding, everyone else sees your logo and brand kit with the note “Only Agency Owners and Admins can update branding.” The fields are greyed out and the save buttons are hidden.
Your agency’s name isn’t in Settings. Only Orbit can change it.
