  2. Press Edit on your profile card.

  3. Change your Full name, or under Contact your Phone, , Department or Birthday. Your address is under Address.

When it worked

If something goes wrong

  • You can’t change your email here.

Your email is read-only on your profile. Email support@orbit.group if it needs to change.

  • You want to add a photo.

Orbit doesn’t have photo uploads. Your initial shows instead.

  • Your Department shows a specialty you didn’t type.

When Department is empty, your profile shows your Specialty Role from Team. Type your own department to replace it.

  • Orbit showsNot authenticated

Your session ended. Sign in again and make the change.

How it works

Explainer: What’s on your profile, and where to change it

Your profile shows your name, email, contact details and address. Change them with Edit on your profile. Your email and photo can’t be changed there.

Limits: What your Orbit login can’t do

A few things Orbit doesn’t offer for your login, so you don’t go looking for them.

  • One agency per login. Accepting a second agency’s invite doesn’t move you; you stay in your first agency.
  • A login is agency staff or a client contact, not both.
  • No self sign-up. Orbit creates agencies, and everyone else joins by invite.
  • No Google sign-in. Sign in with your email and password, or a magic link.
  • No two-factor authentication.
  • No list of the devices you’re signed in on, and no “remember me” option.
  • Passwords need at least 8 characters.
  • No profile photo upload. Orbit shows your initial.
  • Your email is read-only on your profile.
  • You can’t delete your own account. Contact support.
